VIGENCIA Validity
La GiftCard tiene una validez de 3 meses a partir de la fecha de compra.
Pasado ese plazo, vence automáticamente y no podrá utilizarse ni extenderse.
The Gift Card is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
After this period, it expires automatically and cannot be used or extended.
PUNTUALIDAD Punctuality
El turno está reservado especialmente para quien la recibe.
En caso de llegar tarde, el tiempo de demora se descuenta del tratamiento, para respetar la agenda del profesional y de los turnos siguientes.
The appointment is reserved specifically for the person receiving it.
In case of late arrival, the delay will be deducted from the treatment to respect the professional's schedule and subsequent appointments.
CAMBIOS Y CANCELACIONES Cancellations & changes
Los turnos pueden reprogramarse con al menos 48 horas de anticipación.
Cancelaciones o ausencias sin aviso dentro de ese plazo implican la pérdida del turno, considerándose como utilizado.
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations or no-shows without notice within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the appointment, which will be considered used.
